Hi, I'm Shaun 

I am an athlete in search of their limits and seeing how far they can be pushed.

 

My love for endurance sport started with cycling, at the age of 13.

 

I’ve won state and national championships as a cyclist and enjoyed riding for a few different teams as semi-professional cyclist.

 

I’ve since competed in marathons, ultramarathons, and triathlons, enjoying the variability and challenge.

I travelled to America in 2017 for the Half Ironman World Championships, where I placed 34th.

 

From my extensive personal experience with training and competing combined with my knowledge from being immersed in the exercise science and sports performance literature over the last decade, coaching others seems like the natural progression for my love of endurance sport.

 

I want to provide the framework and guidance to support others in achieving their physical pursuits, whatever the goal!

TRIATHLON

Your first triathlon and you've got no idea what to do or you've set a lofty goal, let's get started.

I also understand that not everyone is ready for big triathlons and Ironmans, just yet.

All of my training programs are tailored specifically for your goals and current abilities, you never know, completing your first 10km fun run might spark a passion for more and more!
