Hi, I'm Shaun
I am a lifelong athlete dedicated to helping others achieve some of their wildest dreams and maybe even sometimes things they didn't think possible.
From my extensive personal experience with training and competing combined with my knowledge from being immersed in the exercise science and sports performance literature over the last decade, coaching others is the natural progression for my love of endurance sport and helping others in achieving their physical pursuits, whatever the goal!
What drives me most is witnessing the moment when an athlete breaks through their perceived limitations.
When the impossible becomes inevitable through smart training, unwavering support, and belief in the process.
